Cider and Bourbon Smash:

• Ingredients: Bourbon, apple cider, lemon juice, simple syrup, fresh mint.

• Instructions: Muddle fresh mint in a glass, add bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake well and strain over ice - top it up with Ernest’s Frostbite cider.

Cider Hot Toddy:

• Ingredients: Bourbon, apple cider, honey, lemon juice, cinnamon stick.

• Instructions: Warm apple cider, honey, and lemon juice on the stove. Add bourbon, stir well, and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
