A good idea doesn’t care where it comes from and this one came from our long-time friend and employee, Mike Relic. We picked our best batch of cider with a boatload of golden russets and barrel-aged it for three years in Bourbon barrels. Mike wanted to have a bit of fun with this one. So we macerated black cherries with our bourbon infused cider and added a touch of vanilla. The result is something pretty magical—quite honestly our favourite barrel-aged cider so far.
